We have studied Ancient Greece and Rome over the last weeks. Athens was the home of democracy and prided itself on its education. Sparta was the home of military strength. Rome managed to be democratic and have a strong military. America strives to have the best education, the best democracy and the best military in the world.
In which area is it most important that America is the strongest? Education, democracy or military? Explain your answer

i think that democracy my make us stronger.because of democracy we,the people,get to vote who gets to be president or our mayor.but also at times democracy could make us just as week.because the people that vote don't know the real story about the people who they're voteing for.some of the time those people make really big mistakes and try to take the easy way out.so i think that democracy both weekns and powers us.
